Buckley's BASH program

The canopy of a Colorado Air National Guard F-16 displays the remains of a Swainson Hawk that collided with it earlier this year. The 460th Space Wing and the 140th Wing are aggressively working to reduce the chances of aircraft-bird strikes at Buckley Air Force Base through its Bird Aircraft Strike Hazards (BASH) program.
