As the gravity of what was occurring became clearer, volunteers stepped up. The Air Force’s core value of “service before self” is continually demonstrated through the character and dedication of its members. Throughout the summer of 2021, multiple teams took charge of different projects for the operation.
Thu, 14 Oct 2021 17:44:07 GMT Airman 1st Class Wyatt Stabler https://www.buckley.spaceforce.mil/NEWS/Article/2810534/buckley-sfb-members-support-operation-allies-refuge/ Mission Volunteer Team Buckley attends Dare to Play football event https://www.buckley.spaceforce.mil/NEWS/Article/1890018/team-buckley-attends-dare-to-play-football-event/ Thunder bellowed from the bleachers as, one by one, each player entered the stadium. The field, lined every few yards with white, painted numbers, was moments from seeing a game played by extraordinary people from all over the country. Hosted by the Global Down Syndrome Foundation and its co-sponsors Ed and Christian McCaffrey, National Football League stars, this year marked the 10th annual Dare to Play game in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Thu, 27 Jun 2019 19:50:00 GMT Staff Sgt.
