Chief Master Sergeant Kyle T. Mullen

Chief Master Sergeant Kyle T. Mullen is the Senior Enlisted Leader, Delta 4, Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado. Chief Mullen provides leadership and oversight as the senior enlisted advisor to the commander on matters influencing the combat readiness, health, morale, effective utilization, and quality of life for 1,300 Guardians, Airmen, Allies Civilians, and Contractors. The Delta delivers strategic and theater missile warning to the United States and international partners, while also contributing to missile defense, space domain awareness, battlespace awareness and technical intelligence missions in support of Combatant Commanders worldwide. The Delta operates 7 Weapon Systems at 11 Locations Worldwide.


Chief Mullen was born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota. He enlisted in the Air Force in August of 2002 and completed the Computer, Network, Switching and Cryptographic Systems Course at Keesler Air Force Base in April of 2003. Chief Mullen transferred into the United States Space Force in December 2020. His background includes numerous leadership roles in Texas, Germany, Mississippi, New Mexico, and the United Kingdom and has deployed to Iraq and the Horn of Africa. Prior to his current position, Chief Mullen was the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 423d Communications Squadron, RAF Alconbury, United Kingdom.
