Installation Visitors

Visitor Control Center Policies

As of Jan. 3, 2025, Buckley Space Force Base will implement new base access security enhancements and the Trusted Traveler Program will be suspended until further notice.  All visitors will be required to obtain a base pass, even when traveling with a military ID card holder. This decision was made to ensure the safety and security of the personnel, residents, and visitors.

Please be sure to come to the Visitor Control Center during normal operating hours Monday-Friday to avoid delays in processing. To ensure the fastest service, customers should pre-register their guests in DBIDS via the DBIDS Visitor Enrollment System (DVES) available at https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil Additional information is below and the Visitor Control Center's hours of operations are on the right-hand side.

Official Visitors
For official visitors, or visitors accessing the installation for an official purpose (government contractors, non-DoD guests of an organization, etc.), they must contact the host organization's designated official base access sponsor.

Unofficial Visitor Access:
Due to the removal of the Trusted Traveler program, all escort authority for installation access to Buckley is suspended, indefinitely. Unofficial visitors must request an Unofficial Visitor Base Pass from the the respective Visitor Control Center (VCC).  Two options are available for requesting visitor passes: Option 1 requires a sponsor to be present during normal duty hours for in-person pickup at the VCC. Option 2 does not require a sponsor to be present and can help avoid last-minute delays related to a visit by planning ahead.
