BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Lt. Col. Erick Welcome, 460th Space Communication Squadron commander, officiates the change of command ceremony for the 460th SCS, Detachement 1, June 15, 2017. Maj. Charles Barton is relieved from command as the 460th SCS, Det 1 commander, while Maj. Scott Parks assumes command of Det 1. The 460th SCS, Det 1 provides the 460th Space Wing critical communication paths in order to accomplish the wing's mission.
