History comes to Buckley with Tan Son Nhut visit
Joe Kricho, Tan Son Nhut Association director, Larry Coup, Tan Son Nhut Association member, and Richard Carvell, Tan Son Nhut Association vice president, present a plaque Sept. 14, 2017, in the 460th Headquarters building on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. The plaque was presented in honor of William “Bill” Coup, Larry Coup’s brother, who was a retired 460th Tactical Reconnaissance Wing veteran and passed away Aug. 1, 2016.
