Justice Files Published June 21, 2011 460 Space Wing Public Affairs BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo- -- The following are the results of the status of discipline for April and May 2011 Courts- Martial: A Captain, assigned to the 2nd Space Warning Squadron, was tried by general court-martial and found guilty under Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, of six specifications for engaging in sexual acts with a child under the age of 16 years and one specification under Article 134, UCMJ, for committing an indecent act on a child under the age of 16 years. He was sentenced to 10 years confinement and a dismissal. Article 15s: An Airman First Class, assigned to the 460th Space Communications Squadron, was given an Article 15 for driving drunk, in violation of Article 111, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to E-2, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. An Airman First Class, assigned to the 460th Space Wing, was given an Article 15 for underage drinking, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to E-2 and a reprimand. An Airman First Class, assigned to the 460th Space Wing, was given an Article 15 for driving drunk, in violation of Article 111, UCMJ, consisting of a reduction to E-2, suspended forfeiture of $882.00 pay, 30 days restriction and a reprimand. A Senior Airman, assigned to the 460th Space Communications Squadron, was given an Article 15 for failure to go and making a false official statement, in violation of Articles 86 and 107, UCMJ, consisting of a suspended reduction to E-3, suspended forfeiture of $975.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. A Master Sergeant, assigned to the 566th Intelligence Squadron, failed to go and was found to be incapacitated for the performance of his duties, in violation of Articles 86 and 134, UCMJ. His suspended reduction in grade from a previous Article 15 was vacated and he was reduced to E-6. Discharges: An Airman First Class, assigned to the 460th Security Forces Squadron, was administratively discharged with an Honorable service characterization, for unsatisfactory performance, failure to meet minimum fitness standards.
