Sims 460th Space Wing Public Affairs BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE -- The BOSS program here at Buckley is an opportunity for single services members to come together and enjoy the beautiful things Denver, Colorado has to offer. The Better Opportunities for Single Service Members (BOSS) program, better known as BOSS, mission is to improve the quality of life for single service members all over the country. The program accomplishes this by providing social, recreational, and educational events for Airmen to participate in. "A great deal of people say Buckley has nothing to do, we are trying to change that," said Airman 1st Class Taquan Kelly, BOSS vice president. Boss encourages young Airmen to explore their surroundings and meet other Airmen by joining this organization. "Airmen can look forward to exciting things," said Airman 1st Class Nicole Nichols, secretary of BOSS. "Airmen can expect to have fun without any worries." Boss focuses on such issues like community service, fitness centers, servicemember's living quarters just to name a few. "This is a great way for Airmen to become in involved, and I believe that every Airman should give it a try," said Airman Nichols.
