March Military Justice File released Published April 7, 2010 BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- If you do the crime, you do the time! This is true in the U.S. Air Force. The following is a summary of punitive actions Buckley Airmen received in March. Two Airmen were convicted of drug use in separate courts-martial; the story can be found at http://www.buckley.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123198461. An airman 1st class received an Article 15 for larceny; the Airman received a suspended reduction in grade to E-2, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand. An airman basic received an administrative discharge due to drug abuse. An airman 1st class was convicted of assault in an off-base trial; the Airman's 12-month sentence was deferred contingent on the Airman completing 36 weeks of domestic violence education classes. The Airman will pay all fines and court costs. Additionally, the Airman received a Letter of Reprimand from the Airman's unit.
