Remember Daylight Saving Time change Published Oct. 28, 2009 BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Members of Team Buckley should remember to set their clocks to "fall back" one hour before they go to bed on Halloween, as Daylight Saving Time ends Nov. 1 at 2 a.m. The concept of Daylight Saving Time was popularlized by Benjamin Franklin in 1784, although the time-change would not be adopted in the United States until 1918. Daylight Saving Time was extended beginning in 2007 due ot the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
