They're the reason I get up in the morning, I just want to make sure I make them proud. Also, at work, when I see people excel; they make me want to push hard, I guess you can say I feed off their energy. Airman 1st Class Keirra Miller, 460th Force Support Squadron What advice do you have for the airmen hoping to make BTZ when their time comes? Implement the core values and you will never go wrong. Airman 1st Class Alexa Rock, 566th Intelligence Squadron What's one thing you've done in your Air Force career that really makes you proud? I became desk chief for my section in May. This is a big step for an A1C because I am filling an E-6 position. I am in charge of Navy, Army and Air Force personnel. I am very proud of this because it shows that the NCOs in charge see me fit for such a position, that I am very capable and reliable.
