The TriWest portal allows patients to track, view and print authorization letters from home. This capability allows patients to book specialty appointments seven to ten days faster than waiting for the authorization letter to arrive in the mail. Here's how: 1. Visit www.triwest.com. 2. If you are not registered, select the "Beneficiary" link, then select the "Create an Account" link and follow the registration instructions. Once registered and logged in, patients can view and print their authorization letters.
