By providing service proficiently, it helps boost morale overall. It allows members to focus on their jobs so they are not distracted with financial matters. If you could change one thing about the Air Force what would it be? I appreciate the Aerospace Expeditionary Force concept, but I wish it was a bit clearer with respect to who would be deploying when and where. What has been your most memorable experience in the Air Force? Honor Guard duty. Being involved in funeral processions for veterans and honoring their memory was a very humbling experience.
