Dexter focused on the ongoing strategic shifts within the U.S. Air Force and their impact on Buckley SFB. She touched on the establishment of institutional wings and force readiness.
"We're adapting our structure to meet the demands of great power competition," Dexter stated. "Our mission and approach must evolve to stay ahead."
She also emphasized the critical role of personnel, no matter their role on the installation, saying, "Our effectiveness depends on your expertise and innovation."
Haynes highlighted the importance of staying informed about global threats and remaining prepared. "Adversaries are striving to challenge our position," she said. "Our strength lies in our readiness and discipline." She also reiterated the importance of doing your part to support the mission, keeping the United States Department of Defense the most lethal force in this Great Power Competition.
The all-call also featured a brief outlining current foreign affairs and a safety brief reinforcing operational security measures and personal safety protocols.
The session reinforced Buckley service member's focus on resilience and adaptability, ensuring the base remains equipped to handle the demands of evolving global competition.
