The newest deserving recipients of the 460th Space Wing command chief's "Serve Like A Champion Today" sign were recognized these last weeks with the outgoing 460th SW commander receiving the third award and the 460th SW top broadcaster earning only the fourth sign given out.

Chief Master Sgt. Craig S. Hall, 460th SW command chief, designed the honor to represent team members that he has personally seen performing at a championship caliber level. These members encompass the full spectrum of servant leadership and elevate their units to success through their example.

Col. Dan Wright, outgoing 460th SW commander, received his honor for demonstrating championship caliber servant leadership day in and day out, especially during the fiscal crisis and Team Buckley losses that the base faced during his command.

Senior Airman Darren Scott, 460th SW public affairs, earned the chief's recognition by distinguishing his servant leadership when he turned the command's vision into reality with the "What Do You Do?" web series. He then, in the wake of the Air Force suicide numbers being released, foresaw a crucial need to release an original public service piece that was targeted at protecting all of our Team Buckley family.

These two newest honorees join the exclusive ranks of those that have, in the command chief's eyes, served like a champion.
