Team Buckley members, led by the Buckley Spouses' Group, are uniting to help Federal Emergency Management Agency workers currently located on the base as they aid Coloradans affected by the flood.

The group is accepting donations of foods and other items. Items needed include an pre-packaged baked goods, snacks, disposable cups, disposable wipes and drink mix packets.

Those wanting to donate should deliver the items to the 460th Mission Support Group in Bldg. 606 between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

This gives Team Buckley an opportunity to support the FEMA representatives who are working 24/7 to send aid supplies and assist communities affected by the torrential rains that brought flooding and destruction to numerous Colorado counties.

"We need to take care of the emergency responders, families and neighbors in the local community," said Lt. Col. Mark Laudenslager, 460th MSG deputy commander.
