The Air Force Sergeants Association Chapter 1179 will have a special guest speaker visiting 11 a.m. Sept. 9 at the Panther Den on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo.

Retired Chief Master Sgt. James Lokovic is the AFSA Vice Chairman of the International Legislative Committee and the Legislative Affairs Trustee for Division 6 who provides legislative and quality-of-life benefits briefings to Airmen and their families while promoting AFSA membership.

This visit coincides with the recent completion of the AFSA International Convention where platforms are voted on to be brought forward to Congress. Attendees will learn more about benefits and what is being brought to Congress, and they can make suggestions to improve the Air Force. Anyone can attend, and a free, light lunch will be provided.
