Air Force Reserve breaks ground on personnel center
BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Breaking ground on the new Air Force Reserve Personnel Center facility Jul. 24 are (from left to right): Kevin Lindsey, Omaha District Corps of Engineers area engineer; Lt.Col.
