Base participates in mass casualty exercise with local, state, federal agencies
BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Buckley Fire Department responded to the community center at Buckley Family Housing after a mock fuel-tanker truck exploded at a mock wedding May 15, in support of the Vigilant Front Range exercise. The exercise involved federal, state and local agencies working with base agencies to test plans and build understanding, trust and relationships essential in the fast-paced environment of major disasters.
