Colorado Freedom Memorial
The Colorado Freedom Memorial at the Springhill Community Park in Aurora, Colo., is the first monument in the country to honor all service members from one state who were killed or missing in action from the Spanish-American war to the present. The glass and stone memorial honors the Coloradans who left to fight for freedom and never returned. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Riley Johnson/Released)
