Buckley and FEMA assist in Colorado flood relief
Federal Emergency Management Agency team members work inside the mobile command center Sept. 16, 2013, at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. FEMA began staging operations out of Buckley Sept. 14, 2013, after Gov. John Hickenlooper declared a national emergency and President Barack Obama approved federal support.
