Two Airmen currently serving in the U.S. Air Force, help a veteran board a plane May 3, 2015, at Denver International Airport in Denver. World War II, Vietnam and Korea veterans, along with terminally ill and Purple Heart recipient veterans, took a trip to Washington D.C. to visit military memorials. The overnight trip is hosted by the Honor Flight of Northern Colorado and is offered every year free of charge to the vets through donations from the public.
