Copper Mountain Parking lot construction
Karl Shurtleff, Rocky Mountain Excavating foreman, uses a compact excavator to remove gravel from the Copper Mountain parking lot Aug. 6, 2015, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. The project, which began in June, is renovating the roadways on Buckley.
