John Wagner, 460th Space Wing commander, spoke with the Commerce City Leadership Program attendees regarding upcoming projects on Buckley Air Force Base March 4, 2016, at Adams City High School in Commerce City, Colo. One of the topics of discussion was acquiring 184 acres of land around the base to make a buffer-zone between the installation and the city of Aurora, preventing encroachment similar to Lowry Air Base.
