U.S. Army Col. Michele Bredenkamp, 704th Military Intelligence Battalion brigade commander, gives Spc. Kevin Lewis, 743d Military Intelligence Battalion Alpha company, his Space Badge certificate March 10, 2016, at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. The Space Badge can be awarded to active Army, Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers who successfully complete appropriate space-related training and attain the required Army space cadre experience.
