Maj. Gen. Whiting visits Buckley AFB
Col. Troy Endicott, 460th Space Wing commander, briefs Maj. Gen. Stephen Whiting, 14th Air Force commander, Air Force Space Command, Sept. 28, 2018, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo.
