Buckley Pharmacy makes DoD history, creates faster service times for patients
In February 2019, an in-house study revealed the time it took an employee at the Buckley Pharmacy to locate and provide the prescription to the customer, using their old organization system, was an average of three minutes. After recognizing this, the Buckley Pharmacy has officially become the first installation within the Department of Defense to adopt the PickPoint system, decreasing prescription dispensing times by roughly 84%.
