Buckley's Medical Group conducts Ready Eagle exercise
Senior Airman Justin Kunkler, a 460th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron journeyman, dons his full hazardous materials (hazmat) suit during the Ready Eagle exercise where a simulated explosion occurred Sept. 18, 2020, at the Air Reserve Personnel Center on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. The hazmat suit is an encapsulating chemical protective suit that includes a sealed in gas-tight, vapor-tight, and splash resistant suit with a positive-pressure, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and chemical resistant inner and outer gloves.
