BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- A Community Outreach Fair is scheduled for Team Buckley members 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Jan. 15 in The Exchange atrium. This month's fair will focus on the Airman & Readiness Center.
The fair is designed to provide visibility of the installation's community programs and resources by highlighting specific agencies monthly that will provide information on their available services, according to Christina Stump, 460th Space Wing community support coordinator.
The programs to be spotlighted in the future include the Back-to-School program, American Red Cross, Health and Wellness Center, as well as many others during the year. This gives Team Buckley a chance to examine each organizations and what they have to offer.
Each agency's points of contact will be able to meet and greet military members, spouses, civilians and contractors and take their mission to the people so that the community is aware of what is going at Buckley, Stump added.
