BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. – Defenders of the 460th Security Forces Squadron performs sit-ups at the first station of a 5K rucksack march Sept. 11, 2012. Participants crunched 11 sit-ups at the first station of the march to remember American Airlines Flight 11 that crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center.
