A medical clearance is required to attend Air Force NCO and Senior NCO academies. This process begins with a walk-in visit to the Buckley Public Health office from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is highly recommended that personnel initiate their clearance as soon as they are selected to attend or at least three to five duty days before departure for short notifications. This allows time to process the medical profile (AF Form 422a) and coordinate additional medical evaluations if required. For more information, please contact Public Health at 720-847-6454.
