PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. --
The 2010 Air Force Climate Survey launches Oct. 1 and runs through Nov. 28. This is the only "total force" organizational climate survey of its kind - areas addressed include satisfaction, unit performance and resources. I strongly encourage you to take this survey and provide your views on issues that affect the mission; this survey should take approximately 30 minutes for you to complete.
The total force results will be briefed to the secretary of the Air Force and the Air Force chief of staff and will be posted on the Air Force Portal. Additionally, final reports will be provided to unit leaders at all levels in spring 2011. Please note that your survey responses are kept strictly confidential and will not be recorded into any official personnel file.
The Air Force Climate Survey is administered by the Air Force Survey Office at the Air Force Manpower Agency, Randolph AFB, Texas. During the first week of October, you will receive a personalized email invitation that contains a link to participate in the survey. This is an official Air Force approved survey with the survey control number of DAFA110 086. As with any Air Force approved survey, you may call the Air Force Survey Office at DSN 487 4773 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to verify the legitimacy of the survey. You may also visit their Website for a list of currently approved surveys:
