80 selected for promotion to staff sergeant

BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Eighty senior airmen from Team Buckley were selected for promotion to the rank of staff sergeant Aug. 19. The list includes 460th Space Wing units, tenant units and geographically separated units.

Air Force-wide, officials selected 13,518 of 28,510 eligible senior airmen for promotion to staff sergeant for a selection rate of 47.41 percent, according to the Air Force Personnel Center.
