LaVoie 460th Space Wing Public Affairs BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- A nationally-recognized counter-terror expert will give two public presentations at Buckley Air Force Base Aug. 6 at 9:30 a.m. and again at 1 p.m. in the Leadership Development Center to increase awareness about terrorism. Joe Ruffini, who is accredited by the Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board as a Certified Master Anti-Terrorism Specialist, has been a CNN counter terror contributor as well as a national seminal and conference presenter. The presentations, which are being sponsored by the base anti-terrorism office, are open to all. The 9:30 a.m. briefing is gear toward base employees and their families, while the later brief is scheduled for local civilian organizations; however, anyone may attend either presentation.
