BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- In the United States, an average of 3,000 people die annually in drowning accidents. There are many causes, but the two most common factors are diving into water head first and, of course, alcohol. If you plan on spending time on or near the water this summer, supervise children, wear a life vest, use risk management and do not mix alcohol and water!
