BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Buckley tax center will open at 9 a.m. Jan. 25 at the north end of Bldg. 1030 on the first floor.
Clients will be seen on an appointment basis; appointments can be made in the legal office beginning at 8:15 a.m. each day the tax center is open. Appointments will be one and a half hours long starting at 9 a.m. with the last appointment starting at 1:30 p.m. except on Tuesdays, when the last appointment will begin at noon.
Each morning, there will be a briefing concerning the documents the client needs to provide and the complexity of the tax form needed to successfully report the client's tax liability. Once the client's eligibility is established, the same-day appointment will be made.
The client should return at their appointment time with all the necessary documentation and their complete Internal Revenue Service interview form.
