How do your day-to-day duties contribute to mission success?
I ensure day-to-day maintenance operations are meeting or exceeding requirements by evaluating, providing guidance and references to mission systems maintainers.

If you could change one thing about the Air Force what would it be?
I would change the amount of reductions happening in the Air Force. I feel the AF is losing a lot of good people and foresee future adverse effects on how we do business.

Tops in Blue Tour 2005-2006.

Duties, responsibilities, and accomplishments:
I evaluate the quality of maintenance through inspections on personnel and equipment; inspect engineering changes, and assess proper installation and technical compliance. I am also the flight maintenance training manager.
