BUCKLEY SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Beginning Oct. 1, 2023, the Buckley Pharmacy located on Buckley Space Force Base, Colo., will be operating with new hours and procedures.
The pharmacy’s new hours Monday through Friday are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the lobby, and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the drive-thru. Extended hours for pick-up only are now offered on Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
In the past, the pharmacy’s phone number could be used to activate prescriptions, request refills, ask questions, and seek general customer service support. With the new changes, the phone number should only be used for customer service and questions.
To refill prescriptions, customers can use the automated refill number 720-847-7455. There will be a five duty-day turnaround for refills placed after 2 p.m. which is a change from the previous three duty-day turnaround.
Activation for new prescriptions is no longer required by the Buckley Pharmacy as electronic prescriptions will be automatically activated. Hard copy prescriptions will be activated via the pharmacy drop box. Urgent prescriptions will be ready the same day as activation, and routine prescriptions will be ready after 2 p.m. on the second duty day after activation.
