Automated call tree directs Buckley calls

Need to contact someone on the installation, but not sure who to call?

While Buckley has not had an operator for many years, all Air Force Space Command bases have now eliminated base operators positions. All directory and locator calls are handled through an established automated operator tree.

The operator tree has numerical options that can transfer the phone call to the most common base agencies.

For access to the automated base directory, call 720-847-9011 or 720-847-0111.

To better direct your calls, below is the Buckley phone tree:

MAIN MENU

If you are deployed and wish to make a morale call, you must first be registered in AHAMS and have a Personal Identification Number, or PIN.

OBTAIN A PIN
In order to obtain your AHAMS Personal Identification Number, or PIN, any deployed or deploying member must e-mail the request to the Buckley Telephone Helpdesk.  The e-mail must originate from a "dot mil" address.  In the body of the request, please provide the member's full name, the members local unit, and the .mil address where the member wishes the PIN to be delivered.  It will take approximately two business days to process your  request. Please keep in mind the Buckley Telephone Helpdesk is only manned Monday to Friday during the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST.  The address for the Buckley Telephone Helpdesk is Buckley.TelephoneHelpDesk@us.af.mil.
