Month of the Military Child kicks off with parade
BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Children, parents and staff from both Child Development Centers participated in the kickoff parade for the Month of the Military Child here, April 3. Many of the children dressed up in masks and face paint to walk in the parade. The month of April is dedicated to the more than 1.7 million American children under the age of 18 that have at least one parent serving in the military.
