Women’s History Month: they believed they could so they did
During the month-long celebration, Team Buckley members honored the countless women who sacrificed and strived for equality while pursuing the American dream. Between 1988 and 1994, Congress passed resolutions requesting and authorizing the President to proclaim March of each year as Women’s History Month. Annual proclamations from Presidents Clinton, Bush and Obama have been issued designating the month of March as “Women’s History Month.” (U.S. Air Force illustration by Senior Airman Racheal E.
