Buckley AFB helps transport Mars Lander
Members from Lockheed Martin carefully observe the Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport lander being loaded onto a Boeing C-17 Globemaster III Feb. 28, 2018, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. The measurements taken by the lander while on the surface of Mars will give scientists more insight into the origins of our planets and solar system. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Luke W.
