Eagle Scout transforms on-base Dog Park
Eagle Scout Spencer Fogg from Scout Troop 630, and Col. Devin Pepper, Buckley Garrison commander, celebrates the opening of the newly transformed dog park, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., Aug. 4, 2020.
