Miguel Cruz, the Space Delta 4 commander, and USSF Lt. Gen. Stephen Whiting, the Space Operations Command commander, on the functions of a Defense Support Program satellite on Oct. 13, 2021, in the Mission Control Station lobby on Buckley Space Force Base, Colo.
