The 460th Medical Group (460 MDG) provides trusted health services to over 87,000 beneficiaries to include Buckley Garrison personnel, 94 regional tenant units, and retirees. Our health services include Primary Care, Flight and Operational Medicine, Dental Health, Mental Health, Public Health, Physical Therapy, Optometry, Bioenvironmental Engineering, Medical Laboratory, Radiology, Immunizations, Pharmacy, and a full range of medical support capabilities.  Those services not offered on base are coordinated through the TRICARE network.  The 460 MDG includes Medical Readiness, which supports the 460 MDG’s Ready Medical Force initiative, and is fully accredited by The Joint Commission, a civilian healthcare accreditation organization.

 

The 460th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron (460 OMRS) includes six clinically-oriented flights:   Operational Medicine Flight (Flight Medicine Clinic and Warrior Medicine Clinic), Public Health Flight (including Health Promotions), Bioenvironmental Flight, Optometry Flight, Dental Flight, and Mental Health Flight.  The 460 OMRS provides high quality medical care and expert base medical support for over 4,100 joint and combined personnel.

 

The 460th Healthcare Operations Squadron (460 HCOS) consists of three clinically-oriented flights and four medical support-oriented flights.  The clinically-oriented Family Health Flight’s Dependent Care Clinic and Pediatric Clinic provide high quality medical care to over 2,600 family members.  The Family Health Flight’s Women’s Health Clinic, Radiology, Immunizations, and Physical Therapy, along with the Medical Laboratory Flight, serve over 6,700 family members and personnel on active duty.  The Pharmacy Flight serves over 87,000 active duty, retirees, and family members.  The 460 HCOS’s four medical support-oriented flights include TRICARE Operations and Patient Administration Flight, Medical Logistics Flight, Resource Management Flight, and Medical Information Systems Flight.”
